以学习者为中心的数字化学习体验设计——以K-12教育产品“未来实验”为例

【摘要】 面对智能时代技术赋能学习目标个性化、学习方式智能化、学习过程体验式的学习取向转变,优化对学习体验的设计成为有效融合技术优势与教育需求的重要路径。基于此,文章首先梳理了学习体验、学习体验设计、数字化学习体验设计的相关研究成果,提出优化数字化学习体验设计的重要价值。之后,文章从数字化学习环境、数字化学习方式与数字化学习内容三个角度提炼出相关理论对数字化学习体验设计的启示,以良好的学习体验为导向,提出以学习者为中心的数字化学习体验设计框架。最后,文章依托此框架,以K-12教育产品“未来实验”为例,阐述了其数字化学习服务场景,并聚焦其中的虚拟实验核心服务场景呈现了“未来实验”的数字化学习体验设计实践。文章的研究可为相关数字化学习产品的设计提供参考,并助力推动智能技术与教育教学的深度融合。

【Abstract】 In the era of intelligent technology, the transformation of learning orientations, towards personalized learning goals, intelligent learning methods, and experiential learning processes, has made optimizing learning experience design a critical pathway for effectively integrating technological advantages with educational needs. Accordingly, this paper first reviewed existing research on learning experience, learning experience design, and digital learning experience design, highlighting the significant value of refining digital learning experience design. Subsequently, drawing insights from theories related to digital learning environments, digital learning methods, and digital learning content, this paper proposed a learner-centered framework for digital learning experience design, guided by the goal of delivering high-quality learning experiences. Finally, applying this framework, the paper illustrated the digital learning service scenarios of the K-12 educational product “Future Experiment,” with a focused case study on its core virtual experiment feature to demonstrate the practical application of digital learning experience design. This study can serve as a reference for the design of related digital learning products and contribute to the deeper integration of intelligent technologies with teaching and learning.
