多维虚拟仿真实践教学平台的设计与应用——以材料热加工虚拟仿真实验平台为应用案例
The Design and Application of Multidimensional Virtual Simulation Practical Teaching Platform——Taking the Material Thermal Processing Virtual Simulation Experiment Platform as an Application Case
【摘要】 “十四五”规划对高校复合型工程人才的培养提出了更高要求,高校工程实践教学也因此亟需优化。基于此,文章首先梳理了国内外虚拟仿真实践教学的研究现状,并依托提出的多维虚拟仿真实践教学解决方案,设计了包含软件架构和硬件架构的多维虚拟仿真实践教学平台架构。之后,文章结合材料热加工课程的实训需求,基于该架构研发了材料热加工虚拟仿真实验平台并进行了具体的教学应用。该实验平台开发了多维仿真应用和支撑管理应用,并按区规划了实训硬件的布局,其应用效果分析结果显示:实验平台的应用有助于提高学生的实训成绩,且应用后激发了学生的学习兴趣,在实训安全性和评价客观性方面优势明显,产业对接性也表现良好。以材料热加工虚拟仿真实验平台为应用案例的多维虚拟仿真实践教学平台的设计与应用,不仅解决了传统实验与单维度仿真的固有问题,还实现了实践教学的降本控险与客观评价,为高校工程实践教学改革提供了可复制的应用范式。
【Abstract】 The “14 th Five-Year Plan” has put forward higher requirements for cultivating compound engineering talents in colleges and universities, rendering an urgent need for the optimization of engineering practical teaching in these institutions. Based on this, the paper first combed through the research status of virtual simulation practical teaching at home and abroad. Meanwhile, relying on the proposed multidimensional virtual simulation practical teaching solution, this paper designed the architecture of a multidimensional virtual simulation practical teaching platform, which included software architecture and hardware architecture. Subsequently, combined with the practical training needs of the Material Thermal Processing course, this paper developed the Material Thermal Processing Virtual Simulation Experiment Platform based on this architecture and implemented it in specific teaching scenarios. This experiment platform has developed multidimensional simulation applications and supported management applications, with a zoned layout for practical training hardware. Analysis of its application effects indicated that the application of the experiment platform helped improve students’ practical training scores, stimulated their learning interest after application, demonstrated prominent advantages in terms of practical training safety and evaluation objectivity, and also achieved good industrial docking. The design and application of the multidimensional virtual simulation practical teaching platform, with the Material Thermal Processing Virtual Simulation Experiment Platform as an application case, not only solved the inherent problems of traditional experiments and single-dimensional simulation, but also realized cost reduction, risk control and objective evaluation in practical teaching, providing a replicable application paradigm for the reform of engineering practical teaching in colleges and universities.
