AI驱动的智慧校园服务体系研究——以华中师范大学为例

【摘要】 随着智慧校园建设的持续深入,“应用为王、服务至上”的理念日益盛行,师生对智慧化服务的需求也日益增长。但传统智慧校园服务系统功能繁杂、易用性不足,高度依赖于人工服务,且面临智慧校园人员队伍建设不足、服务水平不高等难题。为此,文章首先从智慧校园的师生智慧服务需求出发,设计了由智能服务入口、智能服务前台、智能服务中台、智能服务基座构成的AI驱动的智慧校园服务体系。之后,文章从业务落地、智能融通两个角度提出了AI驱动的智慧校园服务体系的建构路径,以推动AI驱动的智慧校园服务体系的构建。最后,文章以华中师范大学为例,进行了AI驱动的智慧校园服务体系的应用探索,介绍了典型的应用场景,并验证了AI服务助手的应用效果,发现智慧校园服务体系在AI的赋能下作用显著。文章对于AI驱动的智慧校园服务体系的研究,可为AI融入智慧校园的应用拓展提供新视角和新思路。

【Abstract】 With the continuous advancement of smart campus construction, the philosophy of “application supremacy and service excellence” is increasingly prevalent, while faculty and students’ demand for smart services continues to grow. However, traditional smart campus service systems suffer from functional complexity, poor usability, excessive reliance on manual services, insufficient technical personnel capacity, and suboptimal service quality. To this end, starting with the intelligent service needs of teachers and students within smart campus, this paper designed an AI-driven smart campus service system consisting of intelligent service entrance, intelligent service front desk, intelligent service middle desk, and intelligent service base. Afterwards, the paper proposed the construction path of the AI-driven smart campus service system from the perspectives of business implementation and intelligent integration, in order to promote the construction of an AI-driven smart campus service system. Finally, taking Huazhong Normal University as an example, this paper explored the application of AI-driven smart campus service system, introduced typical application scenarios, and verified the application effect of AI service assistant. It was found that the smart campus service system had a significant effect under the empowerment of AI. The research on AI driven smart campus service system in this paper can provide new perspectives and ideas for the application expansion of AI integration into smart campuses.
