【摘要】 分层教学作为实现教育个性化的一个有效途径，已引起教育实践者的广泛关注。理解分层教学的发展变革史，有助于合理研判和规划分层教学的发展路径。基于此，文章首先梳理了以美国和英国为代表的国外分层教学的发展变革史，指出其发展大体经历了萌芽期、沉寂期、恢复期、深化期四个阶段。之后，文章梳理了我国分层教学的发展变革史，指出其发展大致可以分为萌芽期、发展期、低潮期、恢复期、繁盛期五个阶段。文章认为，国内外分层教学都经历了从兴起、低谷再到复兴、繁盛的“马鞍型”发展历程，分层教学的兴起和发展始终与社会对人才需求的转变、教育理念的更迭、技术条件的革新紧密相连。最后，文章剖析了国内外分层教学发展变革史对分层教学发展的启示。文章的研究可为我国分层教学实践提供历史借鉴与理论支持，并推动分层教学高质量的发展与教育个性化的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Stratified teaching, as an effective approach to achieve personalized education, has attracted widespread attention from educational practitioners. Understanding the development and reform history of stratified teaching is helpful for rationally assessing and planning the developmental path of stratified teaching. Based on this, this paper firstly sorted out the development and transformation history of stratified teaching represented by the United States and the United Kingdom, pointing out that its development has generally gone through four stages of the nascent stage, the dormant stage, the recovery stage, and the deepening stage. It was held in this paper that both domestic and international stratified teaching underwent a “saddle-shaped” development process from rise to trough, then to revival and prosperity. The rise and development of stratified teaching have always been closely linked to the transformation of society’s demand for talents, the renewal of educational concepts and the innovation of technological conditions. Finally, the implications of the development and transformation history of stratified teaching at home and abroad for the development of stratified teaching were expounded. The research of this paper can provide historical reference and theoretical support for the practice of stratified teaching in our country, and promote the high-quality development of stratified teaching and the realization of personalized education.更多还原
