【Abstract】 Catheter ablation is the most widely used interventional treatment option for patients with atrial fibrillation(AF), but postoperative recurrence remains a problem. The role of the left atrial appendage in cardiovascular diseases has been clarified, and the predictive value of the left atrial appendage index before ablation for postoperative recurrence has also been discussed. This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between the morphological structure and functional parameters of left atrial appendage and recurrence of atrial fibrillation post-ablation.更多还原
