AMPK对心脏交感应激损伤的保护作用及机制
Protective effect and mechanism of AMPK on stress damage of cardiac sympathetic nervous system
【摘要】 AMP活化的蛋白质激酶(AMPK)是细胞中重要的能量感受器,可调节细胞应激反应。交感肾上腺素受体的过度激活,促进了高血压、冠心病、心力衰竭等心血管疾病的发生和发展。本文综述了AMPK在交感神经过度激活导致心脏损伤中的保护作用和机制及其潜在的临床价值。
【Abstract】 AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK) is a critical cellular energy sensor that regulates cell stress responses. Over activation of the sympathetic nervous system and adrenergic receptors significantly impacts cardiovascular function, contributing to the onset and progression of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, coronary artery disease, and heart failure. This article provides a comprehensive review of the protective mechanisms of AMPK on cardiac stress damage of sympathetic over activation and its potential clinical implications.
