【摘要】 肾癌是泌尿系统的常见肿瘤，规范的诊断和治疗与肾癌患者的预后密切相关。为了进一步提升浙江省肾癌规范化诊疗的能力，规范临床诊疗行为，持续改进医疗质量，实现浙江省肾癌诊疗的标准化、同质化、一体化，浙江省肿瘤诊治质控中心肾癌专家委员会结合《中国肾癌规范诊疗质量控制指标（2022版）》及浙江省肾癌诊疗现状，制定了《浙江省肾癌规范诊疗质量控制指标与评分标准（2025版）》，内容涵盖诊断、手术、围手术期管理、药物治疗、随访等共20条质量控制与管理指标及评分标准。该质量控制指标及评分标准将作为浙江省肾癌质控巡讲、检查和考核的主要依据，推动肾癌诊疗工作高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Renal cell carcinoma is one of the common tumors in the urinary system. Standardized diagnosis and treatment are closely related to the prognosis of renal cell carcinoma. In order to further strengthen the standardized diagnosis and treatment capacity of renal cell carcinoma in Zhejiang Province, and to achieve the standardization, integration, and homogenization of renal cell carcinoma diagnosis and treatment in Zhejiang Province, the renal cell carcinoma quality control expert committee of Zhejiang Province has formulated the standard quality control indicators and scoring standards for renal cell carcinoma diagnosis and treatment in Zhejiang Province(2025 Edition) based on the Chinese renal cell carcinoma standardized diagnosis and treatment quality control indicators(2022 version), along with the current situation of renal cell carcinoma diagnosis and treatment in Zhejiang Province. This standard quality control indicators and scoring standards has covered 20 items of quality control indicators and scoring standards, which includes the diagnosis, surgical treatment, perioperative period management, systemic treatment and follow-up. The quality control indicators and scoring standards is expected to become the main basis for quality control tour, inspection and assessment of renal cell carcinoma diagnosis and treatment in Zhejiang Province, which aims to further promote the high-quality development of renal cell carcinoma diagnosis and treatment in Zhejiang Province.更多还原
