【Abstract】 The development of the integrated talent training system for secondary, higher and undergraduate vocational education in Xiaogan City is characterized by increasingly improved training models and platforms, continuously enhanced training quality and the ongoing deepening of diversified collaborative mechanisms. Addressing identified shortcomings in curriculum articulation systems, faculty development, industry-education integration mechanisms and social support and recognition, this study proposes countermeasures including top-level restructuring of curriculum frameworks, collaborative advancement of teaching staff development, deepened implementation of industry-education integration and optimization of social support systems.更多还原
