【摘要】 急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血（ANVUGIB）可严重影响患者的身体健康，导致死亡率显著增加。目前，内镜干预虽是ANVUGIB患者的一线治疗，但对于内科药物治疗无效、存在内镜禁忌或外科手术高风险且数字减影血管造影（DSA）阴性的难治性ANVUGIB患者，首选预防性经导管血管栓塞（TAE）。因此，本综述总结归纳预防TAE在DSA阴性难治性ANVUGIB患者中的应用特点、疗效和安全性等，以期为DSA阴性的ANVUGIB患者治疗干预策略的制定提供科学参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding(ANVUGIB) can seriously affect patients’ physical health and significantly increase the mortality rate. Currently, although endoscopic intervention is the first-line treatment for ANVUGIB patients, for those who are unresponsive to medical drug treatment, have contraindications for endoscopy, or are at high risk for surgery and have negative digital subtraction angiography(DSA), preventive transcatheter arterial embolization(TAE) is the preferred option. Therefore, this review summarizes the application characteristics, efficacy, and safety of preventive TAE in DSA-negative refractory ANVUGIB patients, aiming to provide a scientific reference basis for the formulation of treatment intervention strategies for DSA-negative ANVUGIB patients.更多还原
