【摘要】 涉农院校产教融合普遍存在多元主体责权不清、产教融合不深、人才供需失衡等问题。作为集行业组织、龙头企业、职业学校于一体的产教融合共同体，其高效实体化运行能够有效破解上述难题，推动产教融合高质量发展。文章以破解涉农院校产教融合难题为突破口，探索农业行业产教融合共同体实体化运行的推进路径，通过激发行业企业参与职业教育办学的积极性，构建政行企校多元主体协同育人生态，实现教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的深度融合，为农业行业产教融合共同体实体化发展提供了可行性方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural colleges and universities generally face issues such as unclear responsibilities and rights among multiple entities, shallow industry-education integration, and an imbalance between talent supply and demand. As an industry-education integration community that combines industry organizations, leading enterprises, and vocational schools, its efficient entity-based operation can effectively address these issues and promote high-quality development of industry-education integration. This study takes resolving the challenges in industry-education integration faced by agricultural colleges and universities as a breakthrough point. It explores the promotion path for the entity operation of the agricultural industry-education integration community,stimulates the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in vocational education, achieves collaborative education among government, industry, enterprises, and schools, and effectively facilitates the integration of the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain, and innovation chain.更多还原
