【Abstract】 The development of pillar industries and strategic emerging industries in Hubei Province urgently requires high-quality technical and skilled talents. This article analyzes the current situation of higher vocational education in Hubei Province and the matching problems with industrial demands. It proposes strategies to enhance the service capacity of higher vocational education from four aspects: optimizing the dynamic adjustment mechanism of specialties, strengthening the coordinated development of specialty clusters,creating a new ecosystem of industry-education integration, and improving the mechanism of industry-university-research collaboration.更多还原
