计算机化认知功能训练对心血管病合并轻度认知障碍患者焦虑抑郁的影响
Effects of computerized cognitive function training on anxiety and depression in patients with cardiovascular disease complicated with mild cognitive impairment
【摘要】 目的:探讨计算机化认知训练系统(computerized cognitive training,CCT)对心血管病合并轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)患者焦虑抑郁的影响。方法:本研究为随机对照研究,选取2023年3月到2023年8月,在首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院收治的符合诊断标准、获得知情同意后自愿参与本次研究的患者共198例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各99例。对照组给予院内宣教、出院随访12周,观察组在此基础上给予CCT干预12周。比较干预后12及24周后焦虑、抑郁的变化。结果:本研究最终可评价效果的患者共183例,其中观察组89例,对照组94例。干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)在12周后测量值(53.1±6.5)和24周后测量值(53.0±7.1)均低于干预前测量值(57.4±6.8)(均P<0.05),同时也低于对照组SAS在12周后测量值(56.7±5.4)和24周后测量值(55.7±6.4)(P <0.05)。干预后,观察组抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)在12周后测量值(48.9±7.5)和24周后测量值(48.8±5.9)均低于干预前测量值(57.8±7.9)(P<0.05);同时也低于对照组SDS在12周后测量值(57.0±5.6)和24周后测量值(57.2±5.9)(P<0.05)。结论:CCT可以改善心血管病合并MCI患者的焦虑、抑郁水平,且其改善效果至少能维持到24周。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of computerized cognitive training(CCT) on anxiety and depression of patients with cardiovascular disease and mild cognitive impairment(MCI). Methods: This study was a randomized controlled study. From March 2023 to August 2023, 198 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and voluntarily participated in this study after obtaining informed consent were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 99 cases in each group. The control group was given in-hospital education and discharge follow-up for 12 weeks, while the experimental group was given CCT intervention for 12 weeks. The changes of anxiety and depression after 12 weeks and 24 weeks of intervention were compared. Results: A total of 183 patients were evaluated in this study, including 89patients in the experimental group and 94 patients in the control group. After the intervention, the measured values of Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) in the experimental group(53.1±6.5) and 24 weeks(53.0±7.1) were lower than those before the intervention(57.4±6.8)(P<0.05), and both were lower than those in the control group(56.7±5.4). After the intervention, the measured values of self-rating depression scale(SDS) in the experimental group after 12 weeks(48.9±7.5) and after 24 weeks(48.8±5.9) were lower than those before the intervention(57.8±7.9)( P < 0.05). At the same time, both of them were lower than those measured by SDS in the control group after 12 weeks(57.0±5.6) and after 24 weeks(57.2±5.9)(P<0.05). Conclusions: CCT can improve the anxiety and depression level of patients with cardiovascular disease complicated with MCI, and its improvement effect can last at least 24 weeks.
