高温后纤维高强混凝土灌浆界面受剪性能试验研究
Experimental study on shear behavior of fiber-reinforced high-strength grout-concrete interface after elevated temperature
【摘要】 为研究高温后纤维高强混凝土灌浆界面受剪性能,对Z形双面剪切试件进行受剪推出试验,考虑温度(20、100、300、500、600℃)、界面粗糙度、灌浆料强度对受剪性能的影响。结果表明:随着温度升高,界面抗剪承载力呈下降趋势;增加界面粗糙度能有效提高界面的抗剪承载力,随着温度升高,界面粗糙度对抗剪承载力的影响无明显变化;增加灌浆料的强度等级,能够提升界面的抗剪承载力。
【Abstract】 To examine the shear behavior of the interface between concrete and fiber-reinforced high-strength grout after high-temperature exposures, Z-type double shear test specimens were designed and tested via thermal and push-out shear experiments. The test parameters include temperatures of 20, 100, 300, 500, and 600 ℃,interface roughness and grout strength. The results show that the shear resistance of the interface decreases with the increase in temperature. By improving the interface roughness, the interfacial shear capacity was enhanced,and the efficiency of the enhancement remained relatively stable as the temperature increased. Moreover, the shear resistance of the interface was found to be positively correlated with the strength of the grout.
