【Abstract】 With the continuous progress of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM), the incidence of T2DM complicated with coronary heart disease is increasing. For such patients, only hypoglycemic therapy cannot meet their needs. The treatment of T2DM with coronary heart disease has always been widely concerned. Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist(GLP-1RA) is a hot research topic in hypoglycemic therapy in recent years. As it has obvious cardiovascular protection, there is a certain prospect for the treatment of T2DM with coronary heart disease. This article analyzes the relationship between T2DM and coronary heart disease, and reviews the latest research progress of GLP-1 RA in the treatment of T2DM with coronary heart disease and the application of this drug, aiming to provide an effective basis for clinical medical staff in the treatment of T2 DM with coronary heart disease.更多还原
