【摘要】 目的:探讨肾移植患者术后特异性肺部感染的CT影像特点。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年12月接受肾移植手术后出现特异性肺部感染200例患者，均接受CT检查。观察肺部感染类型、占比及CT影像特点。结果:病原学检查结果提示，特异性肺部感染不同类型当中占比最多的为细菌感染，有85例，占比为42.5%。CT检查图像分析提示，CT表现以磨玻璃状、斑点状与弥漫性斑点为主要表现的共有48例；以大片状或小片状阴影为主要表现的有109例；小结节呈散在状，且影像见不规则的条状或小片状的有44例。结论:细菌感染是肾移植患者术后较为常见的一种特异性肺感染，依据不同的感染类型，其在CT检查当中的影像特点也有明显的区别。以肺实质渗出为主要表现的为真菌性以及细菌性肺炎；以肺间质增厚为主要表现的为卡氏肺囊虫以及巨细胞病毒性肺炎；以粟粒影(非均匀性)为主要表现的为肺结核。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the CT imaging features of specific lung infection in patients with renal transplantation.Methods:200 patients with specific lung infection after kidney transplantation from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected to receive CT examination. The types and proportion of pulmonary infection and CT image characteristics were observed.Results:The results of etiological examination indicated that bacterial infection accounted for the largest proportion of different types of specific lung infection, with 85 cases, accounting for 42.5%. The analysis of CT images showed that the main manifestations of CT were ground glass spots and diffuse spots in 48 cases. There were 109 cases with large or small flake shadow as the main manifestation. The nodules were scattered, and the images showed irregular strips or flakes in 44 cases.Conclusion:Bacterial infection is a common specific lung infection after renal transplantation. According to different types of infection, its imaging features in CT examination also have obvious differences. The main manifestations of pulmonary parenchymal exudation were fungal and bacterial pneumonia. The main manifestations of pulmonary interstitial thickening were pneumocystis carinii and cytomegalovirus pneumonia.
