【摘要】 本研究以某三级甲等医院为研究对象，引入PDCA循环管理理论，构建覆盖组织、制度、技术、宣教的节电精细化管理体系。通过数据分析、实地调研和案例验证，采取完善制度、节电技改、信息化赋能、市场化购电、宣传教育等多维度措施进行节电管理。研究结果表明，体系应用后医院用电量增长率逐年下降，2024年用电量增长率为2.25%，较2022年回落3.66个百分点。研究验证了PDCA循环在节电管理中的科学性和有效性，为医疗机构实现节能降碳目标提供可复制经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was conducted at a tertiary hospital,where the PDCA( Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle was applied to establish a refined electricity conservation management system encompassing organizational structure,institutional frameworks,technical measures,and awareness campaigns. Through data analysis,on-site investigations,and case validation,multidimensional initiatives were implemented,including enhancing institutional frameworks,carrying out energy-saving technological upgrades,leveraging information technology,adopting market-based electricity procurement,and conducting publicity and education. The results demonstrated that after the implementation of the system,the hospital’s annual electricity consumption growth rate showed a year-on-year decline,reaching 2. 25% in 2024-a reduction of 3. 66 percentage points compared to 2022. This study verifies the scientific rationale and practical effectiveness of the PDCA cycle in electricity conservation management,offering replicable experience for healthcare institutions striving to achieve energy savings and carbon emission reduction goals.更多还原
