【摘要】 研究探讨英语演讲与辩论课程在培养中国大学生国际领导力方面的作用与策略，国际领导力涵盖跨文化沟通、全球视野和创新思维等素质。通过问卷、访谈和课堂观察，分析课程现状与不足，如学生认知欠缺、教师方法单一等，并据此提出优化教学目标、创新方法和完善评价体系等策略，提升课程培养能力与效果。教学案例实践效果评估验证了策略有效性，显著提升学生跨文化交际、团队合作和创新思维能力，为培养有国际竞争力的青年领袖提供思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study investigates the role and strategies of English speech and debate courses in cultivating international leadership among Chinese college students. International leadership encompasses qualities such as intercultural communication, global vision, and innovative thinking. Through questionnaires, interviews, and classroom observations, the current status and shortcomings of the courses are analyzed, such as students’ lack of awareness and teachers’ monotonous methods. Based on these findings strategies, to optimize teaching objectives, innovate methods, and improve the evaluation system are proposed to enhance the courses’ training capacity and effectiveness. The effectiveness of these strategies is validated by the evaluation of teaching case practice, which significantly improves students’ intercultural communication, teamwork, and innovative thinking abilities, which provides references for training young leaders with international competitiveness.更多还原
