基于组态视角的我国养老机构资源配置效率提升路径分析
Analysis of the pathways to improve resource allocation efficiency in elderly care institutions in China from a configurational perspective
【摘要】 目的 分析我国养老机构资源配置效率的具体路径,为实现养老机构资源配置科学发展提供依据。方法 使用DEA方法测算我国31个省份养老机构资源配置综合效率值,并作为结果变量,选择5个条件变量,进行fs QCA分析研究。结果 2022年我国养老机构资源配置综合效率平均达到0.878,整体水平相对较高,但各省份之间存在差异;提升养老机构资源配置效率的路径有5条,总体覆盖度为0.614 528,总体一致性为0.881 904,模型解释力较强。结论 床位供应是养老机构资源配置高效率形成的重要条件、内外部条件之间协同效应促进养老机构资源配置高效率的实现、条件之间的互动配合促进养老机构资源配置高效率路径的出现。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the specific pathways for enhancing the resource allocation efficiency of elderly care institutions in China, providing a basis for the scientific development of resource allocation in these institutions. Methods The Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) method was employed to calculate the comprehensive efficiency values of resource allocation in elderly care institutions across 31 provinces in China, which were used as the outcome variable. Five condition variables were selected for fsQCA analysis. Results In 2022, the average comprehensive efficiency of resource allocation in elderly care institutions in China reached 0.878, indicating a relatively high overall level, although disparities existed among provinces. There were five pathways to improve the resource allocation efficiency of elderly care institutions, with an overall coverage of 0.614 528 and an overall consistency of 0.881 904, demonstrating strong explanatory power of the model.Conclusion The supply of beds is a crucial condition for achieving high efficiency in resource allocation in elderly care institutions. The synergistic effects between internal and external conditions facilitate the realization of high efficiency in resource allocation, and the interaction and coordination among conditions promote the emergence of pathways leading to high efficiency in resource allocation.
