【摘要】 目的 探讨容积计算机断层扫描(volumetric computed tomography, VCT)与磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging, MRI)在卵巢肿瘤术前评估中的价值。方法 收集2017年8月至2025年1月住院治疗的87例卵巢肿瘤患者的临床资料。回顾性分析影像学及临床资料,以病理结果为金标准,对VCT和MRI的诊断效能进行统计学比较,评估VCT和MRI的影像学诊断价值。结果 术前45例患者行VCT检查,42例患者行MRI检查。VCT的特异度为88.24%,灵敏度为75%,准确率为80%;MRI的特异度为96.67%,灵敏度为92.31%,准确率为95.35%。与VCT比较,MRI准确率更优(P<0.05),但特异度和灵敏度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 VCT及MRI对卵巢肿瘤术前评估具有重要意义,MRI在准确率上优于VCT。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the preoperative assessment value of volumetric computed tomography(VCT) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) for ovarian tumors. Methods A total of 87 patients with ovarian tumors who underwent inpatient treatment at our hospitals between August 2017 and January 2025were included in this study. Radiology imaging and surgical pathological data were retrospectively analyzed.Surgical pathology was used as the gold standard. The diagnostic efficacy of VCT and MRI was compared for the preoperative evaluation of ovarian tumors. Results Among the 87 patients, 45 underwent VCT,and 42 underwent MRI. The specificity, sensitivity, and accuracy of VCT were 88. 24%, 75%, and 80%.The specificity, sensitivity, and accuracy of MRI were 96. 67%, 92. 31%, and 95. 35%. Comparative analysis showed that the diagnostic accuracy of MRI was significantly higher than that of VCT(P<0. 05), while the differences in specificity and sensitivity between the two methods were not statistically significant(P>0. 05).Conclusion Both VCT and MRI are valuable tools for the preoperative assessment of ovarian tumors, with MRI demonstrating superior diagnostic accuracy compared to VCT.更多还原
