白度化红磷阻燃ABS的性能研究

【摘要】 使用双螺杆挤出机制备了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)/白度化红磷(BMRP-B)阻燃材料。结果表明:当BMRP-B与ABS质量比为20∶80时,阻燃材料能达到垂直燃烧等级(UL-94)的V-0等级,极限氧指数达到23.4%;冲击强度下降了82.3%,维卡软化点温度变化不明显,热稳定性有所提高。

【Abstract】 The acrylonitrile butadiene styrene terpolymer(ABS)/whitened red phosphorus(BMRP-B) flame-retardant material was prepared using a twin-screw extruder. The results show that when the ratio of BMRP-B to ABS was 20∶80, the flame-retardant material could reach the V-0 rating of the vertical burning test(UL-94), and the limiting oxygen index reached 23.4%. The impact strength decreased by 82.3%, the change in Vicat softening temperature was not obvious, and the thermal stability was improved.
