激光烧结踝足矫形器拓扑优化设计
Topological Optimization Design of Ankle-Foot Orthosis for Laser Sintering
【摘要】 采用聚醚砜树脂/玻璃纤维/空心玻璃微珠轻质复合材料,以刚度和强度为评价指标,对踝足矫形器模型进行了拓扑优化设计,结构轻量化比例为42.619%,并采用选择性激光烧结技术制取优化后的踝足矫形器烧结件。
【Abstract】 Using polyether sulfone resin/glass fiber/hollow glass microsphere lightweight composite materials, the topological optimization design of the ankle-foot orthosis model was carried out with stiffness and strength as evaluation indicators. The structural lightweight ratio was 42.619%, and the optimized ankle-foot orthosis sintered part was fabricated by selective laser sintering technology.
