【Abstract】 As a national strategic emerging industry, the new energy sector serves as a core driver for energy structure transformation and sustainable development. As a major national base for the new energy industry, Baoding City’s level of coordinated development in this sector directly impacts the region’s high-quality economic growth. This study analyzes the current status and challenges of coordinated development in Baoding’s new energy industry, constructs a three-dimensional analytical framework integrating policy, technology, and industry, and proposes targeted path optimization strategies.
