【摘要】 探讨了山西省制造业“四链”融合的发展现状、面临的主要问题以及相应的策略。通过分析创新链、产业链、资金链和人才链的深度融合对山西制造业转型升级的重要性，当前山西省制造业在技术创新、产业结构优化、资金支持和人才培养等方面存在诸多挑战。研究提出了加强政策协同、优化创新链与产业链的结合、拓宽融资渠道和提升人才引进与培养等策略。通过推动“四链”融合，山西省可提升制造业核心竞争力，促进经济高质量发展，并带动区域经济协同增长。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study explores the development status, main problems and corresponding strategies of the integration of the "four chains" in Shanxi’s manufacturing industry. By analyzing the importance of the in-depth integration of the innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain and talent chain for the transformation and upgrading of Shanxi’s manufacturing industry, the article points out that at present, Shanxi’s manufacturing industry faces many challenges in technological innovation, industrial structure optimization, financial support and talent cultivation. The research proposes strategies such as strengthening policy coordination, optimizing the combination of the innovation chain and the industrial chain, broadening financing channels and enhancing the introduction and cultivation of talents. By promoting the integration of the "four chains", Shanxi Province can enhance the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, promote high-quality economic development and drive the coordinated growth of the regional economy.更多还原
