【摘要】 分子分型在子宫内膜癌保留生育功能诊疗决策中的价值逐步显现。本文整理了分子分型对子宫内膜癌保留生育功能诊疗影响的相关研究，总结了用于子宫内膜癌保留生育功能诊疗的分子分型检测方法和质量控制，不同分子分型的保育适应证和保育治疗方案、完全缓解后预防复发的措施，以及辅助生育治疗方案等方面的循证医学证据，并经专家组反复讨论达成本共识。旨在分子分型的基础上，规范开展子宫内膜癌的保育诊疗实践，不断积累较高质量的临床证据，促进子宫内膜癌保育疗效的不断提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 The value of molecular classification in the diagnosis and treatment decision-making for fertility preservation in endometrial cancer has gradually emerged.This article summarizes relevant studies on the impact of molecular classification on the diagnosis and treatment of fertility preservation in endometrial cancer.It consolidates the evidence-based medical data regarding molecular classification detection methods and quality control for fertility preservation treatment in endometrial cancer, indications for fertility preservation across different molecular classifications, fertility preservation treatment protocols, prevention strategies after complete remission, and assisted reproductive treatment plans, leading to the development of this consensus.The aim is to promote the standardized implementation of molecular classification-based diagnosis and treatment for endometrial cancer fertility preservation, continuously accumulate high-quality clinical evidence, and continuously improve the efficacy of fertility preservation in endometrial cancer.更多还原
