【摘要】 目的：了解女性鼻咽癌患者治疗3个月后生活质量现状，分析其影响因素。方法：选取2022年1月—2023年3月在广西壮族自治区人民医院完成综合治疗的女性鼻咽癌患者82例作为研究对象。统计患者生活质量评分，分析女性鼻咽癌患者治疗3个月后生活质量的影响因素。结果：82例女性鼻咽癌患者生活质量评分为（65.24±10.21）分。年龄、文化程度、常住地、家庭人均月收入、肿瘤TNM分期是女性鼻咽癌患者治疗3个月后生活质量的影响因素（P<0.05）。肿瘤TNM分期Ⅲ～Ⅳ期是女性鼻咽癌患者治疗3个月后生活质量的独立危险因素（P<0.05）。结论：女性鼻咽癌患者治疗3个月后生活质量处于中等水平，临床分期是其影响因素，临床应致力于构建整合分期管理、症状控制、经济支持的多维度、个体化延续护理，提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the current situation of quality of life in female nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after3-month treatment, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 82 female nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who completed comprehensive treatment in the People’s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2022 to March2023 were selected as the study subjects. The quality of life score of patients was counted. The influencing factors of quality of life in female nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after 3-month treatment were analyzed. Results: The quality of life score of 82 female patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was(65.24±10.21) points. Age, education level, permanent residence, family per capita monthly income and tumor TNM stage were the influencing factors of quality of life in female nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after 3-month treatment(P<0.05). Tumor TNM stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ was an independent risk factor for quality of life in female nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after 3-month treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: The quality of life of female nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after 3-month treatment is at a medium level, and clinical stage is its influencing factor.
