【摘要】 目的：分析“互联网+”康复指导在关节镜前交叉韧带重建术患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2022年7月—2025年3月于广西医科大学第一附属医院行关节镜前交叉韧带重建术的患者80例作为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组40例。对照组实施常规康复指导，观察组实施“互联网+”康复指导。比较两组干预效果。结果：出院4、8、12周后，两组焦虑自评量表、疼痛数字评分法评分逐渐降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.001）；两组健康调查简表、Lysholm膝关节评分逐渐升高，且观察组高于对照组（P<0.001）。结论：“互联网+”康复指导在关节镜前交叉韧带重建术患者中的应用效果显著，可缓解患者焦虑情绪，减轻疼痛，提高生活质量，改善膝关节功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the application effect of "Internet+" rehabilitation guidance in patients undergoing arthroscopicanterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods: A total of 80 patients who underwent arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligamentreconstruction in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2022 to March 2025 were selected as thestudy subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routinerehabilitation guidance, and the observation group received "Internet+" rehabilitation guidance. The intervention effects of the twogroups were compared. Results: At 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after discharge, the self-rating anxiety scale and pain numericalrating scale scores in the two groups gradually decreased, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in thecontrol group(P<0.001). The short form health survey and Lysholm knee joint scores in the two groups gradually increased, andthe scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001). Conclusion: The application of "Internet+" rehabilitation guidance has significant effects in patients undergoing arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, andcan alleviate anxiety, relieve pain, improve the quality of life and ameliorate knee joint function of patients.更多还原
