【摘要】 目的：探讨中医时间理论指导下的隔药灸脐联合针刺治疗脑卒中恢复期肾阳不足型尿潴留的临床效果。方法：将2021年5月—2023年5月泰安市中医医院收治的80例脑卒中恢复期肾阳不足型尿潴留患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组采用针刺治疗，观察组在中医时间理论指导下实施隔药灸脐联合针刺治疗。比较两组神经功能、生活质量、排尿功能。结果：治疗后，两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分降低，生活质量评分量表、改良Barthel指数评分、膀胱最大容量和最大尿流速率升高，残余尿量减少，且观察组改善幅度大于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：中医时间理论指导下的隔药灸脐联合针刺能够改善脑卒中恢复期肾阳不足型尿潴留患者的神经功能和排尿功能，提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effect of herbal cake-separated moxibustion on umbilicus under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine time theory combined with acupuncture in treating urinary retention with kidney-yang insufficiency during the recovery period of cerebral apoplexy. Methods: From May 2021 to May 2023, 80 patients with urinary retention with kidney-yang insufficiency during the recovery period of cerebral apoplexy who were admitted to Taian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received acupuncture treatment, and the observation group received herbal cake-separated moxibustion on umbilicus under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine time theory combined with acupuncture. The neurological function, quality of life and urination function were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores decreased in both groups, while the quality of life scale scores, modified Barthel Index scores, maximum bladder capacity, and maximum urinary flow rate increased, residual urine volume decreased, and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Herbal cake-separated moxibustion on umbilicus under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine time theory combined with acupuncture can improve the neurological function and urination function of patients with urinary retention with kidney-yang insufficiency during the recovery period of cerebral apoplexy, and improve their quality of life.更多还原
