【摘要】 目的：分析自制金黄散热敷联合常规西药治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法：选取2023年8月—2024年8月江门市新会区中医院收治的96例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为两组，每组48例。对照组采用常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用自制金黄散热敷治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：与对照组相比，观察组治疗总有效率更高，有统计学差异（P=0.045）。治疗前，两组疼痛数字评分法（NRS）、Lysholm膝关节评分表评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后，两组NRS评分下降，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.001）；两组Lysholm膝关节评分表评分提高，且观察组高于对照组（P<0.001）。两组不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P=0.540）。结论：自制金黄散热敷联合常规西药治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果确切，能缓解疼痛，促进患者膝关节功能恢复，且不会增加不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of self-made Jinhuang powder hot compress combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 96 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were admitted to Xinhui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangmen City from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 48 patients in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group received self-made Jinhuang powder hot compress treatment on the basis of control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The overall response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.045).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of numerical rating scale(NRS) and Lysholm knee joint scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NRS scores in the two groups decreased,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).The Lysholm knee joint scale scores in the two groups increased,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.540).Conclusion:The self-made Jinhuang powder hot compress combined with conventional western medicine has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and can relieve pain,promote the recovery of knee joint function,and will not increase adverse reactions.更多还原
