【摘要】 目的：分析静脉留置针联合改良塞丁格技术在极低出生体质量早产儿经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉导管（PICC）置管中的应用效果。方法：选取2023年7月—2024年7月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的60例极低出生体质量早产儿作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组采用常规盲穿法进行PICC置管，观察组采用静脉留置针联合改良塞丁格技术完成PICC置管。比较两组置管成功率、置管操作时间、并发症发生情况。结果：观察组一次置管成功率高于对照组，置管操作时间短于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组（P=0.028）。结论：静脉留置针联合改良塞丁格技术在极低出生体质量早产儿PICC置管中的应用效果较好，可提高一次置管成功率，缩短置管操作时间，降低并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the application effect of vein detained needle combined with modified Seldinger technique in peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) placement of premature infants with very low birth weight.Methods:A total of 60premature infants with very low birth weight admitted to Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from July 2023 to July 2024were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent PICC placement by conventional blind puncture,and the observation group underwent PICC placement by vein detained needle combined with modified Seldinger technique.The catheterization success rate,catheterization operation time and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of one-time catheterization in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the catheterization operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P=0.028).Conclusion:The vein detained needle combined with modified Seldinger technique has good application effect in PICC placement of premature infants with very low birth weight,and can increase the success rate of one-time catheterization,shorten the time of catheterization operation,and reduce the incidence of complications.更多还原
