【摘要】 目的：探讨饮食护理在子宫内膜癌高位淋巴结切除术后患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2022年1—12月于南方医科大学附属广东省人民医院行子宫内膜癌高位淋巴结切除术的患者60例作为研究对象，随机分为两组，各30例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施饮食护理。比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组（P=0.038）。护理后，两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。护理后，两组生理状况、情感状况、社会/家庭状况、功能状况评分及总分均升高，且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：饮食护理在子宫内膜癌高位淋巴结切除术后患者中的应用效果显著，可降低并发症发生率，改善患者心理状态，提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of dietary nursing in patients after high-level lymph node resection forendometrial cancer. Methods: Sixty patients who underwent high-level lymph node resection for endometrial cancer in GuangdongProvincial People’s Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as thestudy subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing.The observation group received dietary nursing on the basis of control group. The nursing effect was compared between the twogroups. Results: The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.038).After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the scores in theobservation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of physiological status, emotionalstatus, social/family status, functional status and total scores in the two groups increased, and the scores in the observation groupwere higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of dietary nursing in patients after high-levellymph node resection for endometrial cancer has a significant effect, which can reduce the incidence of complications, amelioratethe psychological state of patients, and improve the quality of life.更多还原
