基于硬件在环的永磁同步电机控制平台设计与实现
Design and Implementation of a Hardware-in-the-Loop Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Control Platform
【摘要】 针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)复杂的非线性动态特性对控制算法提出的高要求,提出一种基于DSP的PMSM硬件在环(HIL)控制系统平台,用于验证电机控制算法的有效性及电机性能的优化.实验表明,该平台能够较好地再现实际电机的动态响应,整体表现与实际电机一致,表明了该平台的精度和实用性.
【Abstract】 In response to the high demands placed on control algorithms by the complex nonlinear dynamic characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM), a DSP-based PMSM Hardware-in-the-Loop(HIL) control system platform is proposed to verify the effectiveness of motor control algorithms and optimize motor performance. Experimental results demonstrate that the platform accurately reproduces the dynamic response of a real motor, with overall performance consistent with the actual motor, indicating the platform’s precision and practicality.
