【摘要】 “三农”问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题，大力发展现代农业是实现农业农村现代化的重要举措。数字农业是在互联网背景下发展起来的，通过将人工智能装备技术应用于农业领域，能有效保护耕地、确保产量、缓解农业劳动力紧缺。河北省地处华北平原，地理资源优势明显，是国家重要的产粮基地，虽然近年来其现代化农业发展迅速，但也暴露出一系列问题。因此，基于河北省数字农业发展现状，运用SWOT分析方法来分析河北省数字农业发展优势、劣势及未来发展将面临的机遇和挑战，分析其发展过程中面临的问题，并针对基础设施薄弱、专业人才缺乏等问题，提出加强政府主导作用、加强基础设施建设和重点培养现代农业人才等对策建议，为河北省数字农业可持续发展提供理论指导，助力河北省数字农业可持续发展，并为其他类似地区的数字农业发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The "Issues concerning agriculture, rural areas and Farmers" are fundamental problems that pertain to the national economy and people’s livelihoud, and vigorously developing modern agriculture is an important measure towards reailzing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Digital agriculture is developed against the background of the Internet and focusing on the application of artificial intelligence and equipment technology in the agricultural field as the main development direction, which can effectively protect farmland, ensure output, and alleviate the shortage of agricultural labor. Hebei Province, located in the North China Plain, has obvious advantages in geographical resources and is an important national grain production base. In recent years, its modern agriculture has developed rapidly, but a series of problems have been exposed in the process. Therefore,based on the development status of digital agriculture in Hebei Province, the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the development advantages and disadvantages of digital agriculture in Hebei Province, as well as the opportunities and challenges that will face in the future development. This paper analyzes the problems in its development and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the leading role of the government, enhance infrastructure construction and focus on training modern agricultural talents in view of the weak infrastructure and lack of professional talents. It aims to provide theoretical guidance for the sustainable development of digital agriculture in Hebei Province and help its sustainable development of digital agriculture while providing a reference for the development of digital agriculture in other regions.更多还原
