【摘要】 在全面推进乡村振兴和破解“三农”问题的背景下，为了研究人力资本对农民创业选择的影响，基于2020年CFPS调查数据，构建人力资本对农民创业选择影响的Logit二值选择模型。研究结果表明，教育型人力资本和健康型人力资本能显著促进农民选择创业。由此，对教育型人力资本提高提出促进基础教育发展、加强培训及建立就业指导服务中心的建议，对健康型人力资本改善提出拓宽农民的医疗卫生保健渠道、完善膳食结构及宣传全民健身的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the impact of human capital on farmers’ entrepreneurial choices, this paper constructs a logit binary choice model based on the 2020 CFPS survey data. The results show that education-based human capital and health-based human capital can significantly promote farmers’ choice of entrepreneurship. Therefore, suggestions are put forward to promote the development of basic education, strengthen training and establish career guidance service centers for the improvement of education-based human capital. Additionally, suggestions are put forward to improve the health care of human capital, broaden the medical and health care channels of farmers, improve the dietary structure and publicize the National Fitness Program.更多还原
