The development of oligopeptides nutrition research and the limitation of traditional theory of protein digestion and absorption are reviewed.It is held that introduction of oligopeptides absorption to traditional protein nutrition theory is a progress in the animal nutrition theory.The nutrition of oligopeptides is described in detail,and the directon for oligopeptides studies was brought forward in this paper.
