【摘要】 目的 总结肾气丸在妇科领域应用的研究进展。方法 检索CNKI、PubMed等数据库，梳理、总结、归纳肾气丸的药理成分、作用机制及其在妇科疾病中的应用。结果 肾气丸的主要成分包括干地黄、山茱萸、山药、茯苓、泽泻、牡丹皮、桂枝、附子等，具有温肾助阳、益精填髓的功效。在妇科领域，肾气丸主要用于治疗月经不调、更年期综合征、不孕症、多囊卵巢综合征、子宫内膜异位症及盆腔炎等疾病，表现出显著的疗效。研究表明，肾气丸通过调节内分泌系统、增强免疫功能、抗炎和抗氧化等机制，改善患者的症状，提高生活质量。结论 肾气丸治疗妇科疾病具有显著的疗效，可为现代医学研究提供重要参考和启示，值得进一步深入挖掘和研究其具体作用机制和临床应用标准化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the research progress on the application of Shenqi Pills in regulating gynecological endocrine disorders. Methods Databases such as CNKI and PubMed were searched to review, summarize, and analyze the pharmacological components, mechanisms of action, and applications of Shenqi Pills in the treatment of endocrine-related gynecological diseases. Results The primary ingredients of Shenqi Pills include Rehmannia glutinosa, Cornus officinalis, Dioscorea opposita, Poria cocos, Alisma orientale, Paeonia suffruticosa, Cinnamomum cassia, and Aconitum carmichaelii, which have functions of warming kidney yang and replenishing essence. In gynecology, Shenqi Pills are primarily used to treat menstrual irregularities, menopausal syndrome, infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS), endometriosis, and postmenopausal osteoporosis. Studies show that Shenqi Pills improve symptoms and enhance the quality of life by regulating the endocrine system, boosting immune function, and exerting anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Conclusion Shenqi Pills have significant therapeutic effects in treating gynecological endocrine disorders and warrant further investigation into its mechanisms and clinical standardization.更多还原
