【摘要】 辅导员是高等学校贯彻落实“三全育人”的骨干力量。系统建构高校辅导员胜任岗位需求的评价指标体系，将高校辅导员岗位胜任力评价标准化、规范化，有助于推动高校辅导员选培和考核工作的科学化。基于胜任力的理论，以“人生导师”和“知心朋友”的角色实现为目标，在扎根研究的基础上，通过理论概括和问卷验证，将思想力、政治力、道德力、文化力、管理力、协同力及学习力7个维度24项要素作为高校辅导员岗位胜任力评价体系的“四梁八柱”,并据此推断和评价高校辅导员要胜任岗位要求，必须在理论学习与工作实践中不断加强锤炼，学高为师、身正为范、循循善诱，熟知学生、关爱学生、融入学生，全面发展、全面跟进、全面发力，成为新时代全员全过程全方位育人的“大先生”“暖心人”“关键方”。更多还原

【Abstract】 Counselors are the backbone of higher education institutions in implementing the three-pronged approach to education.Constructing an evaluation index system for the competency requirements of university counselors, standardizing and regulating the evaluation of their job competence, will help promote the scientific selection, training, and assessment of university counselors.Based on the theory of competence, the goal is to achieve the roles of“life mentor”and“close friend”.Based on grounded research, through theoretical summarization and questionnaire verification, 24 elements from seven dimensions including ideological power, political power, moral power, cultural power, management power, collaboration power, and learning power are identified as the“four beams and eight pillars”of the competency evaluation system for university counselors.Based on this, it is inferred and evaluated that in order for university counselors to be competent in their positions, they must continuously strengthen their training in theoretical learning and work practice, learn from universities as teachers, set a good example, patiently guide students, be familiar with students, care for students, and integrate into students.They should develop comprehensively, follow up comprehensively, and exert comprehensive efforts, becoming the“great educators, ”“warm-hearted mentors, ”and“key players”in the new era for holistic, full-process, and all-round education.更多还原
