【摘要】 目的：比较双钢板内固定术与单钢板内固定术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法：选取2020年5月—2025年5月宝应县中医医院收治的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者70例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各35例。对照组行单钢板内固定术，观察组行双钢板内固定术。比较两组临床指标、关节稳定性及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组术后首次下床时间、首次负重时间和骨折愈合时间短于对照组（P<0.001）；治疗后，观察组胫骨平台后倾角及内翻角小于对照组（P<0.001）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P=0.022）。结论：双钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折效果更好，能缩短术后首次下床时间、首次负重时间，促进患者关节愈合，改善关节稳定性，降低并发症发生风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the efficacy of double-plate internal fixation and single-plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods: Seventy patients with complex tibial plateau fractures who were admitted to Yangzhou Baoying County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2025 were selected. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with thirty-five cases in each group. The control group underwent single-plate internal fixation surgery, while the observation group underwent double-plate internal fixation surgery. The clinical indicators, joint stability and the occurrence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results: The time for the observation group to first get out of bed after surgery, the time for the first weight-bearing, and the time for fracture healing were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.001). After treatment, the posterior inclination angle and varus angle of the tibial plateau in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.001). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.022). Conclusion: The use of double-plate internal fixation for treating complex tibial plateau fractures yields better results, which can shorten the time for the first postoperative ambulation and weight-bearing, promote joint healing in patients, improve joint stability, and reduce the risk of complications.更多还原
