【摘要】 目的：探讨锁定加压钢板内固定在创伤性四肢骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法：选择2022年8月—2023年8月宝应县中医医院收治的创伤性四肢骨折患者86例进行研究，以随机数字表法分为两组，每组43例。对照组行常规钢板内固定，观察组行锁定加压钢板内固定。比较两组治疗效果。结果：术后3个月，观察组Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能评估量表、改良版Barthel指数量表评分比对照组高（P<0.001）；观察组手术时间、住院时间、骨折完全愈合时间比对照组短（P<0.001），术中出血量比对照组少（P<0.001）；观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P=0.044）。结论：锁定加压钢板内固定在创伤性四肢骨折治疗中的应用效果确切，能够有效改善患者下肢运动功能，提高生活质量，促进其尽快康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of locking compression plate internal fixation in treatment of traumatic limb fractures. Methods: A total of 86 patients with traumatic limb fractures admitted to Baoying County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional plate internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with locking compression plate internal fixation. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results: At 3 months after surgery, the scores of Fugl-Meyer lower extremity assessment scale and modified Barthel index scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001). The operation time, length of hospital stay, and complete fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001), and the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.001). The overall response rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.044). Conclusion: Locking compression plate internal fixation has definite application effects in the treatment of traumatic limb fractures, and can effectively improve the lower limb motor function of patients, enhance the quality of life, and promote their recovery as soon as possible.更多还原
