【摘要】 尿酸性肾病（UAN）是由高尿酸血症引起的肾脏损害性疾病。该文系统梳理了近年来中医药干预UAN的研究成果，发现内治（单味药、方剂、中成药）、外治（灌肠、足浴、针灸）、传统运动功法及食疗等中医疗法能有效调节尿酸代谢、减轻肾脏损伤及改善患者生活质量，提示中医药可作为UAN现代康复管理中行之有效的补充与代替疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Uric acid nephropathy(UAN) is a damaging kidney disease caused by hyperuricemia. This article systematically reviewed the research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in UAN in recent years and found that traditional Chinese medical therapies such as internal treatment(single herbs, prescriptions, Chinese patent medicines), external treatment(enema, foot bath, acupuncture), traditional exercise exercises and dietary therapy can effectively regulate uric acid metabolism,reduce kidney damage and improve the quality of life of patients. It was suggested that traditional Chinese medicine can serve as an effective supplementary and alternative therapy in the modern rehabilitation management of UAN.更多还原
