【摘要】 目的：探究基于抚触护理的正念认知疗法对不宁腿综合征（RLS）患者的影响。方法：选取2022年1月—2024年12月贵州省第二人民医院收治的因睡眠紊乱所致RLS患者78例进行研究，利用随机数字表法将患者分为两组。对照组39例患者接受常规护理模式，观察组39例患者在对照组基础上接受基于抚触护理的正念认知疗法。对比两组睡眠质量、RLS疾病严重程度及生活质量。结果：干预后，观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表各维度评分及总分均比对照组评分更低（P<0.001）；干预后，观察组国际不宁腿综合征评分量表评分低于对照组（P<0.001），睡眠障碍生活质量问卷评分高于对照组（P<0.001）。结论：基于抚触护理的正念认知疗法可缓解RLS患者症状严重程度，改善患者睡眠质量，提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the impact of mindfulness cognitive therapy based on touch care on patients with restless legs syndrome(RLS). Methods: A total of seventy-eight patients with RLS caused by sleep disorders who were admitted to Guizhou Provincial Second People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected for the study. The patients were divided into two groups by the random number table method. In the control group, thirty-nine patients received the conventional nursing mode,while in the observation group, thirty-nine patients received the mindfulness cognitive therapy based on touch care on the basis of the control group. The sleep quality, severity of RLS disease and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results: After the intervention, the scores of each dimension and the total score of the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001). After the intervention, the score of the international restless legs syndrome scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001), and the score of the sleep disorders quality of life questionnaire was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001). Conclusion: Mindfulness cognitive therapy based on touch care can alleviate the severity of symptoms in RLS patients, improve their sleep quality and enhance their quality of life.更多还原
