【摘要】 目的：探究基于共同照护模式的容量管理对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的影响。方法：选取2022年1月—2023年6月于钦州市第一人民医院心内科接受治疗的老年慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象，依照随机数字表法分为对照组（52例，常规护理及随访）和干预组（53例，在对照组基础上联合基于共同照护模式的容量管理）。比较两组干预效果。结果：出院3个月，干预组心力衰竭患者自我护理指数量表评分高于对照组（P=0.001），明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷评分低于对照组（P<0.001），再入院率低于对照组（P=0.009）。结论：基于共同照护的容量管理应用于老年慢性心力衰竭患者效果显著，能够提高患者生活质量及自护能力，降低再入院率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the impact of volume management based on the co-care model on elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: Elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in the department of cardiology of Qinzhou First People’s Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group(52 cases, with routine care and follow-up) and the intervention group(53 cases, with volume management based on the co-care model combined on the basis of the control group) according to the random number table method. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results: Three months after discharge, the score of the self-care index scale for heart failure patients in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.001). The score of the Minnesota heart failure quality of life questionnaire was lower than that of the control group(P<0.001), and the readmission rate was lower than that of the control group(P=0.009). Conclusion: Volume management based on co-care has a remarkable effect when applied to elderly patients with chronic heart failure. It can improve the quality of life and self-care ability of patients and reduce the readmission rate.更多还原
