【摘要】 目的：观察注射用阿替普酶联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法：选取上海市中医药大学附属第七人民医院2023年2月—2025年2月收治的120例急性脑梗死患者进行研究，根据随机数字表法分为参照组、研究组，各60例。参照组接受注射用阿替普酶治疗，研究组在参照组基础上联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组生化指标水平、生活质量、治疗效果。结果：治疗后，研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1β、同型半胱氨酸、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于参照组（P<0.001）；治疗后，研究组健康调查简表评分较参照组高（P<0.001）；研究组治疗总有效率较参照组高（P=0.003）。结论：注射用阿替普酶联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片能够调节急性脑梗死患者的炎症及血脂水平，提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of alteplase for injection combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Seventh People’s Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between February 2023 and February 2025 were selected for the study. They were divided into the reference group and the study group according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with alteplase for injection, and the study group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets on the basis of reference group. The levels of biochemical indicators, quality of life and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1β, homocysteine, total cholesterol, triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.001). After treatment, the score of Short-form Health Survey in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.001). The overall response rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P=0.003). Conclusion: Alteplase for injection combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets can regulate inflammation and blood lipid levels and improve the quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction.更多还原
