【摘要】 目的：研究拉贝洛尔联合尼卡地平治疗主动脉夹层合并高血压的效果。方法：研究对象为2023年10月—2024年10月在江苏省人民医院接受治疗的80例主动脉夹层合并高血压的患者，按治疗方式分为研究组（拉贝洛尔联合尼卡地平治疗）和对照组（拉贝洛尔治疗），各40例。比较两组患者治疗前后血压、心率（HR）、不良反应发生率及预后情况。结果：治疗1 h后，研究组收缩压、舒张压、HR水平均低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组呼吸抑制、收缩压过低、心动过缓、神经系统症状及尿量减少发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。研究组主动脉夹层进展、入住ICU占比均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：拉贝洛尔联合尼卡地平治疗主动脉夹层合并高血压的效果较好，可有效改善患者血压、HR水平，改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of labetalol combined with nicardipine in the treatment of aortic dissection complicated with hypertension. Methods: The research subjects were eighty patients with aortic dissection complicated with hypertension who were treated at Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital from October 2023 to October 2024. They were divided into the study group(treated with labetalol combined with nicardipine) and the control group(treated with labetalol) according to the treatment methods, with forty cases in each group. The blood pressure, heart rate(HR), incidence of adverse reactions and prognosis of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared. Results: One hour after treatment, the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and HR levels in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of respiratory depression, hyposystolic blood pressure, bradycardia, neurological symptoms and reduced urine output between the two groups(P>0.05). The proportions of aortic dissection progression and ICU admission in the study group were both lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Labetalol combined with nicardipine has a better effect in the treatment of aortic dissection complicated with hypertension. It can effectively improve the blood pressure and HR levels of patients and improve the prognosis.更多还原
