基于构建PSO算法的医院人力资源模型研究
Research on Hospital Human Resource Model Based on Constructing PSO Algorithm
【摘要】 为更好地对医院各科室配置所需要的专业性医务人才,做到人尽其才、人岗匹配,实现医院组织管理系统最优化,依据医院人力资源中心对人才配置的实际需求,提出一种医院人力资源模型。该模型利用遗传算法改进粒子群优化算法,构建基于数据的医院人力资源最优分配方法。采用此方法求解医院人员最优分配问题,对各科室所需要的医务人才合理配置,实现了人尽其才、人岗匹配的目标。
【Abstract】 To better allocate specialized medical personnel to various departments in a way that maximizes individual talent and ensures optimal job-person matching, thereby optimizing the hospital’s organizational management system, a hospital human resource model is proposed based on the actual staffing needs identified by the hospital’s human resource center. This model employs a genetic algorithm to improve the particle swarm optimization algorithm and constructs a data-driven method for optimal hospital human resource allocation. By this method to solve the optimal personnel allocation problem, it enables the rational distribution of medical personnel across departments, achieving the goal of maximizing individual potential and job-person matching.
