涿州博物馆藏几件黄铜件的科技分析与探讨

【摘要】 对涿州博物馆9件不同时期的黄铜件,通过金相显微镜、SEM-EDS和ICP-MS进行组织和成分分析。7件钗簪、2件耳勺,主体均为铜锌合金,锌含量集中于16%~31%,杂质较少。9件黄铜件的组织均为α单相黄铜,其中3件铸造、3件热加工,3件铸后经过热处理。清代4件黄铜件中2件铸造,2件铸后经过热加工。清代黄铜件中含有微量镍和铁,推测与选择低品位硫化铜矿冶炼铜有关。通过ICP-MS对黄铜中微量元素定量分析,进而探讨黄铜炼制技术,炼制黄铜技术与器物的制作工艺之间无必然关系。东汉黄铜发钗是目前在汉代金属器中首次发现的胶结工艺黄铜制品。

【Abstract】 Nine brass objects—seven hairpins and two ear spoons—from the collection of Zhuozhou Museum were analyzed using metallographic microscopy, scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectrometry(SEM-EDS), and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The analysis revealed that the objects were primarily composed of copper-zinc alloy with few impurities, and the zinc content ranged from 16% to 31%. All the nine samples were identified as α single-phase brass. Three were cast, while six underwent heat treatment after casting. The samples from the Qing Dynasty contained trace amounts of nickel and iron, likely due to the use of low-grade sulfide copper ores. There was no direct correlation between brass-refining techniques and the manufacturing processes of the objects. Notably, the brass hairpin from the Eastern Han Dynasty was the first mineral-refined brass product identified to date among Han Dynasty metalware.
