【摘要】 培养卓越体育教师、促进体育教师卓越化，由此确立卓越体育教师的专业形象并提升体育教师的专业地位，是我国内地和香港地区教育行政部门的共同愿景。自2003年起，香港体育教师卓越教学奖政策历经探索起步期（2003-2008年）、稳步推广期（2009-2018年）和蓬勃发展期（2019年至今），呈现一体两面、既肯定体育教师卓越教学表现又促进体育教师专业发展；紧扣体育学习领域课程改革要求、以卓越教学表现深化课程改革，与T-卓越计划并驾齐驱、共同促进体育教师卓越化等内涵特征。对我国内地体育教师卓越化的启示为：确立符合卓越之名的教师专业角色，塑造卓越体育教师的专业形象；优化保障卓越之途的专业发展路径，培育体育教师追求卓越的文化；研制凸显卓越之实的教师专业标准，构建体育教师卓越化的坐标系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cultivating outstanding P. E. teachers and promoting their pursuit of excellence,thereby establishing the professional image of exceptional P.E. teachers and elevating their professional status,is a shared vision of educational administrative departments in both the mainland and Hong Kong.Since 2003,the Hong Kong P.E. Teacher Excellence in Teaching Award policy has gone through three phases:the “exploratory initial stage(2003-2008),” the “steady promotion stage(2009-2018),” and the “flourishing development stage(2019-present)．” It has demonstrated the following characteristics:a dual focus,recognizing both outstanding teaching performance and promoting the professional development of P.E.teachers;closely aligning with the curriculum reform requirements of the P.E. learning domain,using exceptional teaching practices to deepen curriculum reform;and advancing in tandem with the T-Excellence Scheme,jointly fostering the pursuit of excellence among P.E. teachers.For China’s mainland,the implications for promoting excellence among P.E. teachers include:defining professional roles that align with the title of “excellence,” shaping the professional image of outstanding P.E. teachers;optimizing professional development pathways to ensure the journey toward excellence,fostering a culture of pursuing excellence among P.E. teachers;and developing professional standards that highlight the essence of excellence,constructing a framework for the pursuit of excellence among P.E. teachers.更多还原
