【摘要】 基于2000-2022年体育产业上市公司面板数据，运用多期双重差分法，研究国家体育产业基地政策对当地体育企业高质量发展的影响、异质性及内在作用机制。结果表明：（1）政策的实施显著提高了当地体育企业的全要素生产率。（2）政策针对不同行业类型、生产模式以及政治关联状况的体育企业存在显著的差异性影响，而在不同产权性质的体育企业之间，政策效果并无明显差异。（3）政策通过促进创新、降低运营成本、提升品牌影响三条路径为体育企业高质量发展提供内在动力。鉴于国家体育产业基地政策的积极成效，建议继续完善配套政策体系，加强科技创新，推动相关企业实现高端化、绿色化、智能化转型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on panel data from listed companies in China’s sports industry between 2000 and 2022,this study employs a Multi-period Difference-in-Differences(DID)approach to investigate the impact,heterogeneity,and underlying mechanisms of the National Sports Industry Base(NSIB)Policy on high-quality development of local sports enterprises.The findings reveal that the implementation of the NSIB Policy significantly enhances the total factor productivity(TFP)of local sports enterprises.The policy effects exhibit significant heterogeneity across enterprises with different industry types,production modes,and political connection statuses,whereas no substantial differential impact is observed among enterprises with distinct ownership structures.Mechanism analysis indicates that the policy facilitates high-quality development through three primary channels:stimulating innovation,reducing operational costs,and strengthening brand influence. Given these demonstrated positive effects,this paper recommends further refining supporting policy frameworks,enhancing scientific and technological innovation,and advancing the transformation of sports enterprises toward “high-end,green,and intelligent” development models.更多还原
