【摘要】 经过多年的探索，中国和平体育外交走出了一条独具特色的发展道路，形成了深厚的历史底蕴、鲜明的政治理念、深邃的文化源流与独特的民族气质。通过从”起点”溯源至“新起点”展望，采用由远及近和自下而上的推导，形成历史与现实、理论与实践相结合的系统性研究。在党的正确领导和对外战略指引下，中国和平体育外交积极融入全球发展轨道，经历了开启“和平外交”政策的起步阶段，倡导“和平共处”原则的探索阶段，推进“和平统一”方针的改革阶段，坚持“和平发展”道路的转型阶段，在不同历史时期呈现出不同的时代特点。未来，中国和平体育外交应激发内在动力，持续加强与“体育强国”建设的协同、“一带一路”倡议的联动和“中华体育精神”的弘扬，实现点、线、面一体化的创新发展，为特色大国外交的繁荣注入新的活力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Over the years, China’s peaceful sports diplomacy has developed a distinctive path, which is deeply rooted in history, guided by strong political ideas, enriched by cultural heritage, and shaped by a unique national character. This study traces the evolution of China’s approach, moving from its initial phase to a “new starting point”, employing a bottom-up, historically grounded approach, and offers a systematic analysis that integrates both theoretical and practical perspectives. Under the leadership of the CPC and strategic guidance in foreign relations, China’s peaceful sports diplomacy has increasingly aligned with the global development trends. The policy has evolved through several key stages: the initial phase of promoting “peaceful diplomacy”, the exploration of the “peaceful coexistence” principle, the reform efforts focusing on “peaceful reunification”, and the transformation in maintaining a “peaceful development” path. Each stage reflects the unique characteristics of its time. Today, China’s peaceful sports diplomacy should harness its internal momentum, strengthen the building of China into a sporting nation, fostering the “Belt and Road Initiative”, and further promote the “Chinese sports spirit”. This will facilitate integrated, innovative development and inject new vitality into the prosperity of major-country diplomacy with the Chinese characteristics.更多还原
