鼓风机用高速磁悬浮电机设计与结构分析

【摘要】 根据某型号鼓风机的相关指标,设计了一台三段式实心转子结构的高速磁悬浮电机。确定了电机的转子结构,对电机进行了电磁设计和磁悬浮轴承参数设计,通过有限元分析验证了电磁方案的性能。对使用高温合金护套的转子进行了应力分析,考察其应力在不同转速和温升条件下的变化,并校核了转子的强度。通过模态仿真分析了转子结构的固有频率和临界转速,从而证明了电机设计的合理性。研究结果为高速磁悬浮电机的设计和应用提供了理论参考。

【Abstract】 According to the relevant specifications of a certain model of blower, a high-speed magnetic levitation motor with a three-stage solid rotor structure was designed. The rotor structure of the motor was determined, and electromagnetic design and magnetic levitation bearing parameter design were carried out. The performance of the electromagnetic scheme was verified by finite element analysis. The rotor using high-temperature alloy sheath was subjected to stress analysis to examine its changes under different rotational speeds and temperature rise conditions, and the strength of the rotor was calibrated. The intrinsic frequency and critical speed of the rotor structure were analyzed by modal simulation, thus proving the rationality of the motor design. The research results provide theoretical references for the design and application of high-speed magnetic levitation motors.
