雷公藤甲素对害鼠种群生育控制效果观察

【摘要】 目的 验证0.25 mg/kg雷公藤甲素毒饵对农区害鼠种群生育控制效果,评价其对种群鼠密度和成年雌鼠怀孕率的影响。方法 在广西全州县4个示范点,采用一次性饱和投饵法投饵,用夹夜法测定鼠密度,统计孕鼠及胎仔数量,同时观察毒饵取食情况和对非靶标动物安全性。结果 全州鼠种主要有黄毛鼠、褐家鼠、黄胸鼠、小家鼠和田鼠,农区(包括农田和村庄)优势种为黄毛鼠、褐家鼠和小家鼠。0.25 mg/kg雷公藤甲素毒饵对鼠密度控制效果和雌鼠怀孕率控制效果以药后30 d为最好,4个示范点的鼠密度校正控制率为73.14%~77.72%,雌鼠怀孕控制率为78.79%~80.28%;对害鼠的控制效果可持续90 d以上,药后90 d, 4个示范点对鼠密度校正控制率为41.11%~45.54%,雌鼠怀孕控制率为50.88%~52.63%。雷公藤甲素毒饵适口性较好,摄食系数为0.65。试验期间,未发现非靶标动物出现中毒情况。结论 0.25 mg/kg雷公藤甲素毒饵能有效降低成年雌鼠怀孕率,控制害鼠种群密度,且对生态环境、非靶标生物、家禽和人畜安全,可在农村灭鼠防治工作中推广使用。

【Abstract】 Objective To verify the efficacy of 0.25 mg/kg triptolide bait on the fertility control of rodent populations in agricultural areas, and evaluate its effects on the rodent density and pregnancy rate of adult female rodents. Methods At four demonstration sites in Quanzhou County, Guangxi, baiting was conducted using the one-time saturated baiting method. Rodent density was monitored by the night trapping method. The number of pregnant female rodents and fetuses were counted, and bait consumption and safety to non-target animals were observed. Results Rodent species in Quanzhou County included Rattus losea, R. norvegicus, R. tanezumi, Mus musculus, and Microtus sp., with R. losea, R. norvegicus, and M. musculus being the dominant species in agricultural areas(farmland and villages). The best control effect of 0.25 mg/kg triptolide bait on rodent density and female pregnancy rate was observed on the 30th day after application. The corrected control rates of rodent density in the four demonstration sites ranged from 73.14% to 77.72%, and the pregnancy suppression rates of female rodents ranged from 78.79% to 80.28%. The control effect on rodents can last for more than 90 days. On the 90th day after application, the corrected control rates of rodent density in the four demonstration sites ranged from 41.11% to 45.54%, and the pregnancy suppression rates ranged from 50.88% to 52.63%. The feeding coefficient was 0.65 for triptolide bait, indicating good palatability. No poisoning non-target animals was found during the experiment period. Conclusions 0.25 mg/kg triptolide bait can effectively reduce the pregnancy rate of adult female rodents and control rodent population density. It is safe for the ecological environment, non-target organisms, poultry, humans and livestock, and can be promoted and applied in rodent control in rural areas.
